USA Return & Exchange

Your satisfaction is our priority. To start the return process please contact us at customercare@immeswimwear.com. We will email you a return shipping label for you to mail the items back to our warehouse.

Return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt. Full price items are returnable for refund, exchange or store credit. Sale items are returnable for store credit and exchange only, unless purchased with Kover Return AssuranceYou can purchase Kover Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for sale items.

Products that are discounted more than 50% are considered "Final Sale" and Final Sale items are non returnableunless purchased with Kover Return Assurance.  For Final Sale items, you can purchase Kover Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose to not purchase Kover Return Assurance, your order is final sale. You can learn more about Kover Return Assurance below.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. 

Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all IMME and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival at our facility. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags and hygienic liners still intact. Once your package arrives at our warehouse facility, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.

No price adjustments for prior purchases.

ABOUT KOVER RETURN ASSURANCE

Get peace of mind while purchasing final sale and sale items when you add Kover Return Assurance.

You’ll have the option to return eligible final sale and sale items for a refund by adding Return Assurance at checkout. If you don’t add Return Assurance, you may still have the option to receive store credit or exchange the item depending on the standard return policy (for full details see https://immeswimwear.com/pages/return). We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.

All standard return policies apply to eligible item(s).The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier. 

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided in your Kover confirmation email and submit your return at https://kover.ai/return/portal/.

We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. Kover will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders. We will deduct the standard $12 return shipping fee from your refund when processing the return. 

Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original form of payment.

Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of Return Assurance is nonrefundable.

International Return & Exchange

For international orders, please contact us at customercare@immeswimwear.com and ship the products back to us using a shipping method with tracking number and we are happy to refund you the cost of products. We do not offer exchanges for international order at this time, please return an item and place a new order.
